Delivery Service

Our products are delivered via a third party pallet network due to the size and weight of our products. Your order will arrive shrinkwrapped to a 4-way pallet, offloaded by tail-lift and moved to kerbside by a pallet truck. Please bear in mind the closest that a pallet truck can get to your doorstep when ordering, as you will be responsible for the package once dropped off in that space. The vehicles are mostly 12.5-ton rigid vehicles so please ensure there is adequate access for such a vehicle to your property.

Where Does The Cost Come From?

The delivery prices are generated directly from our transport provider based on the weight banding (Up to 249kg, Up to 499kg, 500kg+) and your postcode, rather than being set by us. Our products are heavy- each box is around 17.5kg and also fragile so they have to be secured onto a pallet to give them the best chance to arrive in perfect condition. This is the standard way to transport brick slips, we did initially try out shipping smaller orders via courier but unfortunately, this resulted in an overwhelming amount of breakages in not only tiles but also bags of adhesive and mortar.

If you only require a few boxes we are starting to develop a network of stockists around the country who will hold some of our most popular products, Contact Us to see if there is a location near to you that has the blend you want.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Sample Delivery

Samples should be delivered within 3 working days. If your sample has taken over a week to arrive please contact us and we will be able to request tracking information from Fedex.

Product Delivery

For product orders, the dispatch time is dependent on the individual blend- check in the product page, in stock products are 3 days.

Following the dispatch time to prepare your order, standard delivery then takes 2 days, and express just 1day.

We will inform you when your order has been collected to be able to give you the delivery date, we do instruct the delivery company to contact you an hour before delivery, however unfortunately they don't guarantee this.

How Are The Samples Delivered?

Our samples come on a cardboard backing panel with 4 rows of the brick slips, one full tile and a tile cut in half to create a stretcher bond effect, they contain all of the colours/textures in that blend, but the ratio may not be representative due to the space available. Therefore please use them in conjunction with our imagery. Each panel is packed inside a cardboard box, and you will receive a sample guide with your order too for help.

How Are The Products Delivered?

Our product orders are delivered secured to a pallet. The full tiles come in boxes of 35 packed together, corner tiles and half tiles are sold individually but come in the same boxes to keep them secure. The adhesive and mortars are in plastic inner bags with a card exterior, the primer comes in a plastic bottle, and the spacers are in a plastic tub.

They will be delivered on either an articulated lorry or an 18.5 ton rigid. If your delivery address wouldn't be accessible to a bus, then please let us know so we can arrange for a smaller delivery vehicle with our transport provider.
